He has served as an Owner’s Representative Scheduler, CM/GC Senior Scheduler, MEP Subcontractor Senior Scheduler, and Fabricator Lead Scheduler. Nathan has worked as both a private consultant and a direct-hire employee, collaborating with trade professionals, project managers, engineers, project directors, and owners to develop, manage, and oversee effective schedules.
His project experience includes healthcare, education, multifamily, commercial, industrial, and semiconductor construction.
