With over a decade of experience in the commercial construction, Steven has worked with top industry leaders to help optimize project timelines, improve efficiency, and integrate CPM and Lean construction scheduling methodologies. His expertise in digital transformation has even been featured in Oracle’s Global Construction & Engineering blog.
Beyond construction scheduling, Steven is a Montana native, real estate investor, non-profit leader and a Spartan athlete, embodying a commitment to personal growth, leadership, and service in all areas of his life. He also serves as the Executive Director of a 501(c)(3) non-profit housing foundation, helping provide housing solutions to those in need.
Outside of work, Steven a devoted husband and father of five young children, enjoys the outdoors, hiking, skiing, camping, and disc golf. He is driven by a mission to add value to people’s lives—professionally and personally.
