His expertise includes budgeting, pre-planning, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, cost control, risk management, change management, and project closeout. Eric brings a strong project controls and owner-representation perspective, helping teams improve predictability, manage risk, and maintain accountability across all phases of delivery.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
